  • Ingredients

    • 1kg Pork Rashes, cut into 1cm pieces.
    • 1 cup Soy Sauce (Silver Swan).
    • 1 cup White Vinegar.
    • 2 Tablespoons Whole Black Peppercorns.
    • 4 – 5 Bay Leaves.
    • 1 Tablespoon Oil.

    Method

    • Heat oil in a pot on a medium heat and add pork and fry for 5 minutes.
    • Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer on a low heat for 30 minutes.
    • Serve with steamed rice.
